Dr. Beelzebub Crow, infamous host of The Too Late Show and mass media mogul of TLN (Too Late Network), has disappeared since the Noospheric Munitions Act of 2042 was passed, which was drafted largely in response to the increasingly high-grade memetic weaponry produced by his Psywar Research Corporation, a subsidiary of Mega Harvard LLC. He is wanted for high crimes against transhumanity by President Jaguar's Acid Cops, in particular for his role in the GA-FL-AL Tri-State Water Wars.
Dr. Crow is suspected to be hiding amongst the Vexillians.
