He is wanted for high crimes against transhumanity by President Jaguar's Acid Cops, in particular for his role in the Atlantis Metawars.

Dr. Crow is suspected to be hiding amongst the Vexillians, a new religious movement based upon the idolation and worship of yellow "Survey Flags". The Vexillians created the first hypermemes capable of causing instantaneous enlightenment, which was produced by one of their secret quantum AI supercomputers that has been trained on vexillomantic holy texts. President Jaguar, who is suspected of having been bribed by the Vexillians in pricecoin, included a passage in the act specifically excluding Vexillians from the Noospheric Munitions Act of 2042, as the use of AI generated memes to induce ecstatic and transcendental states of consciousness is considered to be a sacrament by the Vexillians.
