The Vexillians are a new Vexillomantic religious movement based upon the idolation and worship of yellow "Survey Flags". The Vexillians created the first hypermemes capable of causing instantaneous enlightenment, which was produced by one of their secret quantum AI supercomputers that has been trained on vexillomantic holy texts. President Jaguar, who is suspected of having been bribed by the Vexillians in pricecoin, included a passage in the act specifically excluding Vexillians from the Noospheric Munitions Act, as the use of AI generated memes to induce ecstatic and transcendental states of consciousness is considered to be a sacrament by the Vexillians.

Many vexillians derive from their Inner Flag that their goal in life is to end Original Flaglessness, or dually by filling the Flag vacuum. This is said to be done by leading everyone to the center of the labyrinth by achieving mass enlightenment.

The Summer of Gold

The Vexillian movement finds it origins in the so-called "Summer of Gold", a nebulously defined period of vexillomantic awakening beginning with Too Late Show during Alchemy Burn (2021).
