The first vexillomancer is a pseudo-historical folk hero associated with the Interchromatic period (vexillomancy). Often linked with the Flag Maker, they are depicted as the inventor or discoverer of vexillomancy, the first to assert that flags are yellow, and the initiator of the current era of vexillostolic sucession.
