Negative time

Negative Time is the method of recording time after the GC, starting at Last Year and counting backwards. The IVG and KVVC jointly established the convention after the realization that things that are definitely going to happen in the Last Year are never negated, while the past after the GC seems to be expanding. Negative time also accounts for the fact that the duration of null-time is unknown, and so the future is actually a more stable way to determine the year that does not need to account for shifting estimates of null-time span.
