KVC
The KVC (also known as KVVC) is a cybernetic steering organization supposedly seeking to reduce nil time via semiotic flooding. It is widely believed that the KVC is either indirectly the cause of the great chronoschism or directly the cause of anti-nullification - possibly both.
Unlike the KVVC, the KVC is not a corporation.
