In reality, retrocausality is the process by which things that will have happened in the future necessitate changes to the past through the time crystal. Functionally, it manifests reality into actual, literal reality in the present and creates a real hyperreality in the past.
"[for example] The part that resolves to Christ is the true part, everything else was never a true part of the thing. That is the point. The spirit of the thing is the thing that is moving. A shot does not partly hit a target, it hits or it misses. And the state of the arrow in each frame as it moves through the air is not the true shot. If an arrow looks like it is going to hit the target but then it misses it was never a successful shot. It is not the case that the shot was successful in part and then not successful in part. The arrow that hits the target is true and the arrow that misses is false. The arrow requires all of its parts to hit the target and thus all of the parts of the arrow that hits the target are true and all of the parts of the arrow that misses are false. You can’t say “the arrow hit the target but the feathers on it were false” else it would not have hit the target. A house divided cannot stand."
The metaphor of the Flag
The Flag is often used as an illustrative metaphor for retrocausality, which is perfect if you really think about it.
