A blast radius is an extremely dangerous brain explosion in the universal mind. These are volumes of noospace in which different laws of reality apply instead of the usual physical laws. While truly understanding the reasons for why blast radii occur requires advanced knowledge, it does not require advanced knowledge to be affected by a blast radius.
